Ecodeal was invited by Prof. Anabela Cruces to take part in a lecture on the scope of the Seminar of Introduction to Environmental Engineering of the Lusófona University.	The decree-law's, published in 2004, main goal was to create Integrated centers of Recovery, Valorization, and Elimination of Hazardous Waste (CIRVER)..
