ECODEAL signed a waste management contract

On the 30th of December ECODEAL signed a contract with ACE EGF/Baía do Tejo for the removal of green pyrites deposited in Barreiro"s Business Park. We dealt with 17.300 tonnes involving a turnover of 2.968.744 euros. After the collection and transportation of waste, there will be a backfill using alkaline materials.

 

The project was approved by APA (Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente/ Portuguese Environmental Agency) and funded by PO SEUR (Programa Operacional de Sustentabilidade e Eficiência no Uso de Recursos/ Operational Programme of Sustainability and Efficiency in Resource Use).

Involving site assembly and disassembly, it is predicted that this waste management work is to be carried out this year with an estimate duration of 4 months.
