ECODEAL Team building

Last May 11th, we developed one more Team Building activity in Tomar, with the entire ECODEAL team.

The activity began with a cultural visit to the Convent of Christ (Convento de Cristo), followed by a series of games and challenges to promote team spirit and task sharing. The activity had a delicious ending with a very typical team lunch from the region of Tomar.

We believe that these initiatives promote better teamwork and companionship between ECODEAL’s workers, and that reflects on the quality of our work, as well as on the service we provide to our clients.
